From the very first customer contact, you are able to maintain important customer information directly in the fully integrated CRM module. The customer wants a quote? You configure the equipment in our solution and with the press of a button all of this information is presented in Word. The Word quote may have standard text or specification but you may also add additional customized text, specifications, or drawings. One press of a button is enough to convert a quote into an order. With another press of a button you create the purchase order including all factory options. The PDI - work order is created just as easy, including all work that needs to be done and the parts you need. After delivery of the machine ELC automatically creates a new task for the first maintenance job.
ELC offers complete insight into the total cost of ownership at any time including statistics and detailed reports. Besides rental you can also choose for sale & lease-back, financial lease and rental from third parties. The comprehensive transport module ensures efficiently organized transport and pick up of your equipment. Through a Web Portal, your customers can check meter readings and service history, and submit a request for a service job. At the machine level, you have access to detailed statistics to view relevant information, e.g. the current book value, costs, rental statistics, sales value and margins.
