ELC allows for registration of the most complex full-service contracts, where the system itself calculates what service activities are needed and when they take place. There is flexibility in the registration of the maintenance contracts. Invoicing in advance, invoicing based on meter readings or per visit and offering discount on specific parts. And you can register and view response times, visit addresses, contacts, maps, and the equipment configuration in ELC. This information is directly accessible from the contract, the work order or the machine.
ELC offers complete insight into the total cost of ownership at any time including statistics and detailed reports. Besides rental you can also choose for sale & lease-back, financial lease and rental from third parties. The comprehensive transport module ensures efficiently organized transport and pick up of your equipment.
