From the very first customer contact to providing service to the customer you are able to capture and check all information in Dysel’s ELC solution. Modules for e.g. sales, rental and service work fully integrated with each other and contain functionality that is tailored to your specific needs.
Through a Web Portal, your customers can check meter readings and service history, and submit a request for a service job. At the machine level, you have access to detailed statistics to view relevant information, e.g. the current book value, costs, rental statistics, sales value and margins.
