ELC has a fully integrated CRM module. All the important customer and prospect information, from first contact to completion, is easily attainable. You are able to track all your quotations by salesperson, by sales group, and by status. Your project estimate can be used to create a professional quotation by simply selecting a template and all the data from your estimate that you entered will be transferred to the MS Word quotation. Since ELC is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV it can optimally use other technologies such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio and InfoPath. All information in these programs can be linked to the projects module so that the same information is available to everyone.
Project cost, job preparation and costing
For each task within a project you will be able to build the job costing based on this task. The calculation begins with the configuration of the purchase order which is created directly from the project module. These costs are automatically used to update the project costs which allows for a simple process and avoids unnecessary mistakes. At any time you may view your budgeted project costs compared to the actual project costs by task as well as the profit per task or the total project.
Planning is crucial in project management. ELC allows you to organize and analyze your project so you are able to stay current with project activities.
