Our approach
Dysel has developed its own, practice-oriented Dysel implementation method called DIM. Using theoretical methodology generally leads to unnecessarily high costs due to the delivery of excessive project documentation and billable management hours. We’ve learned from experience how to avoid this.
Our approach is aimed at delivering on budget and on time. We emphasize team counseling through implementation and offer extensive software training programs. In addition, we limits project overheads through smart management and project documentation.
We understand your business. We understand your problems. That’s why we consult our clients while conjointly preparing a balanced project plans aimed at effectiveness. Because our platforms are derived from standard databases, we will never need to rebuild your enterprises system and strive for total relevance in implementation.
We continuously measure and report on progress in order to detect and correct deviations at the earliest stages.
We utilize standard tools wherever possible, allowing customers to independently carry out data conversion. And our Universal Conversion Tool is there to help. A large part of our training program is also offered online. Our E-courses save on consultancy time, reducing overall implementation costs.
PHASING
All projects start at the blueprint phase. Key users and management work together with Dysel consultants to discuss how the software can best support the customer’s processes. This gap-fit analysis allows our teams to customize a solution for customer operations. Through mutual consultation, we determine where and how to alter our solution to customer specifications.
The mutual understanding created generated during the blueprint and training phases (see DLS e-learning) make it possible for Dysel to execute implementations quickly and efficiently. In the subsequent phases, as a result of a solid blueprint foundation, the implementation process requires minimal consultancy or business back-and-forth so the set-up of the software remains as smooth as possible.
These phases include:
- Realizatioon
A conversion of data, deployment and testing of settings and training of key users - Migration
Data testing, processes and software testing, user preparation, end-users training - Go Live
Acceptance testing, final data conversion, guiding live roll-out - Aftercare
Resolution of any outstanding issues, discharging project team, transference to support
TIMEBOX (PHASES AND MILESTONES)
Dysel stresses cost-optimized implementation. It is our explicit intention to remain time efficient and keep billable hours to a minimum. That is why Dysel makes use of milestones as much as possible. Every phase has a milestone divided into sub-phases within.
TimeBox has the following starting points:
- Division of total project into milestones, each with its own solid delivery date and functional desires placed on mainlines
- Per TimeBox a division of desired functionality (MoSCo analysis)
- Must Have
- Should Have
- Could Have
- Want to Have But Won’t Have This Time Around
Typical TimeBox practices include:
- Workshops to establish objectives and responsibilities and overcome obstacles
- Total consideration of added value to your business
- Recognition of needs but that the concession and maintenance of cross-channel transparency
- Understanding of recursive nature, allowing TimeBox to be repeated after delivery, further deepening functionality and added value
DLS
Dysel’s Digital Learning System train key users and end-users with custom-built e-Learning systems.
Employees receive a training program geared to their role. Training can take place in-house or off-site; we offer remote support throughout the process. Our training program is based on daily, practical examples. Part of the training includes interim exercises. The manager or supervisor will receive an overview of the progress weekly. This it is possible to intervene in order to offer extra support. The progress of each employee is easy to monitor.
Because there is no need to travel and flexibility in class scheduling, training costs are reduced. Through experience, we’ve created a method proven to get results with shorter turn around times
