Our ELC solution is suitable for transport refigeration and stationary refigeration. A combination of both activities within one company also poses no problems. A specific module within ELC ensures the registration of coolants, so that you can quickly and accurately fulfil all STEK obligations. See the page with references for more information.
PURCHASING AND STORAGE OF COOLANTS
You can purchase coolants just like any other item, but upon acquisition the net and tare weights are immediately registered. The system calculates the weight differences automatically and keeps these data in the STEK administration. Every bottle can be provided with a bar code or a unique individual code for further use.
USE OF COOLANTS
There are various ways to register the use of coolants. This depends on your management system. One possibility is to allow the mechanics to effectuate the input themselves via a super simple screen. But it is also possible to have the mechanics telephone in the usage and quickly input it. In both cases there are various warnings in the event of erroneous input.
RETURNS
Returns of both empty bottles and waste can be input.
ADMINISTRATION
No further processing of the data is necessary. You have an up-to-date picture of consumption, reasons and which components are causing leakage at all times. Reporting is extremely simple, so that you can concentrate on preventive and corrective measures.
