Every installation or several installations can be set up as a project within Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Equipment Life Cycle. Several or amended proposals can be kept within ELC. More or less work can be set up separately and be invoiced or settled. At any moment in time you will online have a complete overview of incurred costs and proceeds versus budgeted costs and proceeds. There is a coupling with MS Project to diagrammatically demonstrate the mutual relations between the activities, including the critical path. At any moment in time all financial consequences can be demonstrated in the calculation schedule per project and component (phase).

SERVICE

ELC comprises a specific service module. Planning of preventive maintenance and malfunctioning orders can quickly and efficiently take place with planning boards. Workflow modules follow service visits, from the registration to work order completion.

Our system couples with the Field Service software module, a mobile solution for service engineers. If specific parts need to be ordered, the work order will automatically be placed on the planning board as soon as the parts have been received. Check every service car stock online with ease.
