Through the helpdesk, service calls can be registered through our software package as well as action plans per department or per employee. Carry out quick repair orders, schedule maintenance and track part replacements.

Troubleshooting and Service Departments

Easily prepare service orders, settle claims or warranties and create and complete RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedures. ELC takes care of your entire service management systems.

Field Service

Our field service software component allows your field service engineers to access customer information on location and synchronize with the central ELC database. And it’s hardware-independent, its to any format and integrates with your network so it’s ready to implement on all your mobile technology platforms.
